The Story
In 2018, Cawley Partners designed and began marketing a 200,000 SF Class A office building in Plano, TX. In March of the following year, Aimbridge Hospitality signed on as the lead tenant for 75,000 SF and then quickly expanded to 125,000 SF. With the Aimbridge lease in hand, the decision was made to expand the project to 250,000 SF. As the nation's leading hotel management company, Aimbridge ultimately decided to take 100% of the building and make it their long-term corporate headquarters. Cawley sold the single-tenant project in mid-2022.
