The Milestones
1986
Bill Cawley moved to Dallas and began his career as a tenant rep broker in the commercial real estate industry.
1995
Bill bought Wilcox, a company known for its Property Management, Leasing, and Development capabilities, and began his career as a developer under Cawley Wilcox.
1997
The Company developed International Plaza, a 1 million-square-foot office campus along the Tollway.
2000
Cawley Wilcox developed a build-to-suit office for Sybase in California.
2006
The Company developed Ware Road, an industrial development in McAllen, Texas.
2007
The Company developed Green Oaks, its first office building in Ft. Worth.
2010
The Company rebranded to become Cawley Partners.
2013
Cawley Partners developed Knoll Trail Plaza, a multitenant office building along the Tollway and the current corporate office for the Company.
2014
The Company moved its focus further up the Tollway to develop Legacy Center in the Legacy submarket of Plano.
2017
Cawley Partners developed the first phase of Fourteen5, which won numerous accolades for its design and management.
2019
The Company acquired Parkside at Legacy, then converted the empty office building to medical use, fully leased the building, and sold the project for a 2.5 multiple.
2020
Cawley Partners acquired the Sabre campus from Sabre and converted half the project into a fully renovated multitenant office building.
2021
Cawley Partners began developing the first phase of The Parkwood and fully leased the building to First United Bank.
2022
Bill Cawley was inducted into the NTCAR Hall of Fame.
2022
Cawley Partners launched Industrial, Multifamily, and Mixed-Use divisions.
