The Story

Fourteen5 Phase II will complete the Fourteen5 development by adding the second office building to the campus. Phase I was developed in 2018 by Cawley Partners, which included the north office building, amenity hub, and courtyard. Phase II will be a mirror image office building of the Phase I office development.
