Dallas, TX – Cawley Partners is pleased to announce the sale of a 150,000-square-foot build-to-suit office development for Transplace in Rogers, Arkansas. The building was delivered in 2021 by Cawley Partners and is fully leased to Transplace, serving as the Company’s regional operations center. Transplace, a subsidiary of Uber Freight, is a leading provider of logistics technology and services. They have signed a 16-year lease on the space.
Located at 4909 West Magnolia Street, the three-story was designed by Corgan and features courtyards, lighted pedestrian walkways, a retention pond, and more than 1000 parking spaces.
“It’s been a pleasure to work with the team at Transplace over the past 3 years. Developing a project of this nature mid-pandemic presented its challenges, but Transplace was a great partner as we all navigated toward completion. We especially appreciate Robbie Baty and the team at Cushman & Wakefield for trusting us with their client’s project,” said Bill Cawley.
Cawley Partners was represented in the sale by Jonathan Napper and Ben Esterer of Cushman & Wakefield and Marshall Saviers of Sage Partners. The buyer, Tempus Magnolia, LLC, was represented by Isaac Smith of Colliers Arkansas.
