Cawley Partners acquired 1255 Corporate in partnership with Balfour Pacific at the end of 2020. As a peak-pandemic purchase, the long-term lease with US Bank provided predictable cash flow in an uncertain environment. Coordinating with US Bank, Cawley Partners fully renovated the first and second floors, modernizing the lobby, updating the restrooms, and adding a grab-n-go kitchen with cafe seating.
