The Story

The Offices at Heritage Creekside is a proposed development on land Rosewood owns in central Plano. The project will sit next door to the Heritage Creekside residential community developed by Rosewood and be part of the larger mixed-use master development. The Class A office portion would be built in phases and include up to 4 buildings with centralized dining amenities. The first phase of the office would include onsite fitness, conference, and courtyard amenities in addition to the numerous walkable amenities within the mixed-use development.
