Cawley Partners purchased Toll Hill Office Park in 2014 with a group of high-net-worth investors. Home to more than 100 different tenants, Toll Hill was in need of a major cosmetic and amenity upgrade. Over several years, Cawley upgraded the rent roll and stabilized the project for sale in 2020. Cawley continues to manage and lease Toll Hill for its current owner, Balfour Pacific.
