The Story

Following the success of Knoll Trail Plaza, Cawley Partners and USAA combined efforts on the development of Tollway Center in 2015. Delivering a Class A design and amenity offering, Tollway Center was leased to stabilize at rates significantly above its competitive set. Cawley and USAA sold Tollway Center in 2018 upon stabilization.
